Responsibilities

• Operate multirotor UAVs (copters) and fixed-wing UAV platforms.

• Conduct flight trials and testing of onboard systems, including visual navigation and communications.

• Support flight preparation and execution: mission planning, pre-flight checks, briefings/debriefings, and after-action analysis.

• Prepare all required documentation before and after flights.

• Work with integrated UAV subsystems and understand their functions and interactions (autopilot, power, payload, communications).

• Perform launch/landing/recovery procedures, including ground operations and acting as a visual observer when required.

• Follow established safety rules and procedures during flight preparation and operations.

• After flights, upload and organize operational data (logs, missions, video/telemetry).

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs of UAV hardware: assembly/disassembly, soldering, component replacement, diagnostics.

 

Requirements​

• 1+ year of hands-on UAV experience.

• Practical experience with ArduPilot and Mission Planner.

• Confident piloting skills in Alt Hold and Acro modes.

• Strong attention to detail and disciplined work with checklists and logs.

• Safety-first mindset and consistent adherence to procedures.

• Willingness to travel frequently / go on business trips.
