TRANSFORMING INNOVATION INTO DEPLOYED TECHNOLOGY: INTRODUCING BLUE ARROW

PITTSBURGH, PA & KYIV, UKRAINE – January 13, 2025 – KEF Robotics and Sensorama proudly announce the launch of Blue Arrow, a defense technology company born from a year and a half of successful collaboration between the two companies. Blue Arrow is dedicated to solving the critical challenge of developing low-cost and highly effective software and hardware solutions for modern warfare. The company will focus on low-cost visual navigation hardware, target detection, identification, tracking, and elimination capabilities for aircraft, specifically designed for GPS and comms-denied environments.

The formation of Blue Arrow marks a significant milestone in U.S.-Ukrainian defense collaboration. "Blue Arrow is fully focused on developing solutions for Ukraine and NATO.” said Fraser Kitchell, CEO of KEF Robotics. “We formed this venture to directly address the challenges that we ourselves experienced while deploying American technology on a foreign battlefield. Blue Arrow is positioned to attack the business and contracting realities that have stifled our ability to fully support Ukraine. In doing so, we expect to create both an immediate and sustained impact that supports Ukraine, NATO, and other allied countries.”

Co-Founder of Sensorama, Sergii Tereshchenko, has been appointed as CEO of Blue Arrow. “We are excited to announce Blue Arrow and expand our capabilities in delivering next-generation defense technology. Our combined expertise enables us to bring scalable, effective solutions to the battlefield not in the future, but now, when these capabilities are needed the most.” said Tereshchenko. Blue Arrow’s is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA with operating offices in Kyiv. The new company aims to serve Ukraine, NATO and other friendly countries in helping to revolutionize autonomy in the battlefield.

KEF and Sensorama teams take first place at the DIU/Brave1 hackathon in Poland

Over the past 18 months, KEF Robotics and Sensorama have demonstrated their synergy by winning prestigious hackathons, securing competitive grants, and executing various defense contracts. Blue Arrow will build upon this momentum to accelerate the development of low-cost navigation payloads while integrating advanced features critical for operational success.
