UAV Pilot and Engineer

We are hiring a UAV Pilot & Engineer to strengthen our flight operations team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and analyze UAV missions while also contributing to the integration and optimization of our aerial platforms. If you’re passionate about flight testing, hands-on engineering, and building reliable systems for real-world missions, we want to hear from you.

  • What you're responsible for: 

  • Pilot UAVs confidently in manual mode to test control and emergency recovery behavior

  • Assist with flight test planning, flight readiness reviews, flight briefs/debriefs, and post-flight analysis

  • Complete all required documentation as part of pre and post flight. Uploading of all flight operations data sets and any additional files within the same calendar date that the flight was completed 

  • Understand the drone’s integrated subsystems, their functions, dependencies, and interactions

  • Perform launch and recovery tasks of aircraft which include ground operations and ground observer responsibilities

  • Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practice

  • Assemble, disassemble, solder, repair and maintain UAV hardware

  • What we're looking for: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with drones

  • Attention to detail

  • Safety conscious 

  • Experience with flying in acro and manual modes

  • Comfortable with traveling

  • ​

  • Bonus Skills: 

  • War veterans are encouraged to apply

  • Flying with experimental drone platforms 

  • Experience with designing 3D parts using SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software and operating 3D 

  • Driving license
